Job Responsibilities:

  • Orchestration of next generation automate first end to end vulnerability remediation program
  • Oversight of ServiceNOW automations in relation to vulnerability management
  • Accountable for Vulnerability and Patching tools and automations
  • Looks for ways to optimize security processes and recommend opportunities and solutions for improvement and automation.
  • Design and implement serverless functions, webhooks, CLIs, API’s and other utilities to drive automated vulnerability remediation
  • Participates in the evaluation and testing of security software and recommends automation strategy
  • Participates in forensic investigations and resolves automation problems as needed
  • Affects responses to Audit findings and helps provide automation solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 8 years of Security Automation experience at an enterprise scale
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another similar formal Service Management platform and/or methodology including API and Dashboard creation and optimizations
  • Experience with ServiceNow Security Incident response
  • Experience with ServiceNow Dashboard implementation
  • Excellent grasp of software engineering & DevOps principles
  • Familiarity with infrastructure vulnerabilities and risk assessment
  • Possess strong knowledge on Windows & Linux Operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of Server automation activities (CHEF, Powershell,or other)
  • Strong knowledge of Rapid7 or other vulnerability scanning tools
  • The ability to be a change agent and promotes positive change in the organization
  • Excellent oral, written and collaborative communication skills, including executive level communications
  • The ability to partner effectively across IT teams, suppliers and business customers on cross-functional projects and process improvements
  • Windows patching tools like Ivanti, Satellite, WSUS and Windows security standards & OS Hardening concepts are needed.
