Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimise highly effective schedules to meet customer demands and reduce business costs
  • Proactively plan off phone activities to minimise customer impact
  • Provide Centre Managers and Team Leaders with support to deliver on key business initiatives
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure schedules continue to provide the most effective coverage outcomes
  • Develop and maintain key relationships to deliver exceptional service to all customers and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Strong numeric, analytic and problem solving skills with a significant attention to detail
  • Proven excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on educating and influencing
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce management is preferred
  • Understanding and proven skill in the use of Genesys Workforce Management software or industry equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced MS office skills particularly Excel
  • Ability to design and create complex, but efficient planning models
