Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow profitable relationships with a portfolio of Commercial & Agri customers across the Gisborne region
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge of your customer’s business needs and support proactive solutions to meet their current and future needs and business objectives
- Actively promote value add material, workshops, and specialists (internal and external) to customers
- Commit to the development and growth of a customer portfolio whilst maintaining effective relationships with many existing long term clients
- Enhance ANZ Business’ profile in the marketplace through networking and demonstrating our point of difference
- Work collaboratively with various teams within Business and across the wider bank to support your customers’ growth and ongoing success
- Provide excellent customer service to develop strong relationships and networks
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivery, and providing customer solutions
- Confident networking skills to enhance customer relationships, and maximise and grow portfolios
- The ability to act decisively without complete information
- Previous experience in banking or finance
- A growth mind-set
- Analytical proficiency in evaluating financial accounts, budget and cash-flow
