As the Manager / Senior Manager Solutions Marketing you will be an integral part of executing the Etisalat Multi channel Strategy. You will be focused on enabling digital customer experiences and helping to make messaging & self-serve channels the preferred choice for our business customers.
- Identifying process gaps in the existing process and finding ways on how to reengineer them in order to drive customer delight
- Being a customer champion
- Lead / Collaborate with cross function teams on projects that enhance customer experience
- Product Manager for A2P, MMS, USSD, Chatbots and other interactive, human-assisted conversational platforms.
- Forecasting and reporting of key KPIs for the department
- Reporting formats for efficient reporting to senior management on all KPI/ metrics
- Creative ability with practical application for digital channels.
- Highly motivated individual with a naturally inquisitive nature.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
- Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary.
- Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills and negotiation skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant digital experience in a fast paced environment.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in the telecom, or software/technology industries.
- Previous experience in digital/messaging platforms & channels is a MUST
- Keen understanding of digital ecosystems, trends and customer needs.
- Provides leadership and direction towards delivering on objectives & key results.
- Exhibiting ownership and accountability from strategy through to execution.
